Let’s be honest: most of us don’t know how to slow down. We know how to push, perform, and achieve. When is the last time you paused and listened to your inner knowing?
The Inner Glow Ritual is a practice designed to connect with your intuition and reconnect with yourself.

The Ritual
1. Sit down. Unclench your jaw. Breathe.
2. Ask yourself: “What do I need right now?” Don’t rush the answer. Listen.
3. Let the answer be enough. Don’t fix it. Don’t argue. Just hear it.
4. Set one intention. Something like, “I give myself compassion,” or “I choose loyalty to myself today.”
5. Thank yourself. Because it takes courage to pause in a world obsessed with hustle.
Journal Prompts:
• What parts of me have I been ignoring because the world told me they were “too much” or “not enough”?
• What does truth feel like in my body?
• If I fully trusted myself today, what would I do differently? What decision would I stop outsourcing?
• What am I afraid will happen if I follow my inner knowing? And what might actually happen if I do?
• When was the last time I just knew something in my gut, and I either trusted it or ignored it? What happened next?

You Are Not Too Much. You Are Finally Just Enough for Yourself.
You don’t need another makeover, checklist, or year of trying to be “better.” You simply need to come home to the you that existed before the world dimmed your light.
